SDLA 2023 Institute Application Now Open!

The SDLA Institute is the organization's flagship program, consisting of skills and relationship building over six-months. We strongly encourage nominations of emerging leaders for the institute, and progressive young professionals in the San Diego region to apply.


Applicants MUST be members of SDLA. To become a member, go to https://www.sdleadership.org/membership Applications are due at 11:59 PM on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. Late applications will not be reviewed. 


Join the SDLA Selections Committee for a virtual info session on the Institute and application process on Tuesday, September 20th at 6:30pm. Click here to register.

Join Sdla at The Padres Game vs The Rockies

Join the San Diego Leadership Alliance for a summer meet-up at a Padres game! We’re heading to Petco Park on August 2 for a 7:10 pm game to cheer on the hometown team against the Colorado Rockies. Bring yourself and bring a friend! Tickets are $45 per person for field level and are on sale now, but only for a limited time. You must purchase your tickets by June 30 so we can lock-in our group seats. REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS NOW CLOSED.
