Ariana Federico Mondragon (she/ella)

Organizing Director, Mid-City Community Action Network

Ariana Federico Mondragon is a community organizer, advocate, and child of Mexican-Otomi immigrants. She was born and raised in Southeast San Diego, and early on, she recognized the power the community holds to impact change. Ariana has worked on various issue-based campaigns including issues on police accountability, community transparency, and transportation justice. 

Ariana earned a B.A. in Latin American and Latino Studies and Politics from UC Santa Cruz. She is currently the Organizing Director at Mid-City CAN and oversees the momentum team campaigns for youth organizing, transportation justice, and juvenile justice.
